Delivery Info

1. Where do you deliver?

We deliver to KL & Selangor only (including hospitals) EXCEPT the following area:

- Teluk Panglima Garang

- Semenyih

- Bangi

- Port Klang

- Kuala Selangor

 

2. How much is the delivery fee?

We believe in fair and transparent pricing. The delivery fee that we charge is RM20 per delivery. We do not earn from your delivery fee. The delivery fee that you paid goes directly to our delivery partner (Grab Express / Lalamove / Others). 

3. Can we self-pickup?

- Unfortunately, we don't offer self pickup

 

4. How will the items be delivered?

- We work with Grab Express, Teleport by AirAsia and Lalamove or other suitable delivery company to deliver the items to you.

 

5. How will I know where is my order?

- Once your order is on the way, you will receive a notification (either via email / text message) with runner location tracking link.
