1. How much is the delivery fee?
We believe in fair and transparent pricing. We do not earn from your delivery fee. The delivery fee that you paid goes directly to our delivery partner (Grab Express / Teleport by AirAsia / Lalamove).

2. Do you offer self-pickup?
- Due to MCO, self-pickup is currently not available.
3. Where do you delivery?
- We deliver to KL & Selangor only.
4. Do you deliver to hospital?
- Yes, we deliver to hospital as well.
5. How will the items be delivered?
- We work with Grab Express, Teleport by AirAsia and Lalamove to deliver the items to you.
6. Do you deliver to hotel and factory?
- Yes, our delivery partner will be able to deliver to those locations.
7. What payment method do you accept?
- We currently accept credit card, debit card and FPX bank transfer (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, etc.)
8. Can we pay by cash?
- Unfortunately, we do not accept cash payment in order to create a safer working environment for the runner.
9. What happen after I order?
- You will receive an automated email or SMS with all the order details. Besides that, you will also receive an automated SMS with the runner name and contact details once the runner pickup your items.
10. Are you legit?
- FruitsMore is a brand by Beyond Better Sdn Bhd (1314871-P) with a head office at Pavilion KL.
11. Where is your office?
- Our office is located at Unit 16-1, Level 16, Pavilion Tower, Bukit Bintang, Jalan Raja Chulan, 50200, KL.
